Yoga inspired workouts focusing on movement to make you feel your strongest self!

Yoga is always something that once you start, you find yourself coming back to throughout life! The benefits of movement in a yoga class go much further than just the physical form of flexibility - It's great for your mental state too! :)
I like to teach classes that are focused around movement, where you come off the mat feeling like you've had a good workout (for the body and mind!) and you've had the right level of challenge available to you throughout the class! (Check out my Vinyasa/Power Classes).
However sometimes, you might need some slower, deeper stretches to release some tension and tightness, going deeper into your relaxation and that's great too! (Check out my Yin Classes!)
